📝 Tree Application Process

  1. Fill out the applicant form completely with accurate information
  2. Select the tree type (Native or Non-Native) for each tree
  3. Upload photos:
    • Native trees: Upload a geotagged photo with embedded coordinate data. If coordinates cannot be extracted, enter them manually.
    • Non-Native trees: Upload clear tree photos
  4. Upload all required supporting documents based on tree classification
  5. Review all information and documents before submission
  6. Submit your application and wait for CENRMO staff verification
Fee to be Paid: Please bring P110.00 for the certification fee when submitting your application.

  1. Barangay Certification interposing no objection
  2. Land Title/Tax Declaration/Deed of sale
  3. Tree Plantation Ownership Registration (above 10 trees)
  4. Latest tax receipt
  5. Special Power of Attorney (if the processor is not the owner)
  6. City DRRMO Certification (if tree/s are declared hazardous)
  7. Geo-tagged photos

  5. Authority to process (if the processor is not the owner)
